Clientshare launched in 2017 with a vision to fix supplier-client relationships on a global scale. From our very first client, to our latest enterprise win, we’ve retained our passion for helping our suppliers retain and grow their most precious asset - their clients. And we’ve delivered some pretty extraordinary results for them along the way. We work with organisations large and small, across multiple industries and have a team of experts ready to give you the tools needed to retain what matters most.

James Ward
Managing Director
James’ background is in business-to-business (B2B) relationships. He launched Clientshare realising that dialogue between buyers and suppliers simply wasn’t good enough in today’s digital economy. Previously he was at Xerox Corporation leading the financial and professional services sector. Outside of work he loves playing hockey and squash.

Lynne Tait
Marketing Director
Lynne has split her marketing career between small software developers and large IT companies including IBM, Xerox and DXC, developing a broad range of skills along the way. She brings an insightful yet pragmatic approach to marketing strategy, messaging, and communication. When not untangling words, you might find her in an art gallery.

Fraser Cameron
Commercial Director
Fraser and his customer success team lead the deployment of Clientshare, ensuring we deliver time and time again. He was a warfare officer in the Royal Navy before moving into IT outsourcing. Fraser is a relationship builder at heart and has led much of our growth. When not at his desk he’s involved in anything that gets the heart racing!

David Griffiths
Finance Director
David spent 13 years at the BT Pension Scheme, the largest corporate pension scheme in the UK, during which time he undertook a wide range of investment management roles, including leading the asset allocation and responsible investment functions. Prior to this, he was with the Financial Services Authority. He holds a Ph.D. in Economics and a Masters in International Business. Outside of work he enjoys cycling and, if pushed, running.

Amir Kutscher
Technology Director
Amir started his Product Management journey in AI and Machine Learning, working in the forestry, retail and fintech sectors to improve the way we’ve always done things. Leading the development of our products with his team, he brings his extensive B2B experience and passion for product and technology to Clientshare. An admitted history buff, when not in product mode or busy with home improvements, he enjoys reading and travelling.

David Kirby
Strategy Director
David’s career includes working in prominent positions at Cap Gemini, Shell and Pragmatica Consulting. He’s been instrumental in shaping the direction of our business and is currently heading an expansion into channel and overseas markets. Playing the piano in his band and tennis keep him busy most weekends.

Helen Ectors
Enterprise Accounts Director
Helen has spent her career as a champion of insight-driven innovation, building and leading global teams to deliver award-winning, innovative products, communications and consumer experience for Fortune 500 companies. Her passion for consistent, practical communication delivers strategic growth and results. When not working Helen is usually either reading, walking or in the kitchen learning to cook.
