    James Ward
    Managing Director

    James’ background is in business-to-business (B2B) relationships. He launched Clientshare realising that dialogue between buyers and suppliers simply wasn’t good enough in today’s digital economy. Previously he was at Xerox Corporation leading the financial and professional services sector. Outside of work he loves playing hockey and squash.

    Lynne Tait
    Marketing Director

    Lynne has split her marketing career between small software developers and large IT companies including IBM, Xerox and DXC, developing a broad range of skills along the way. She brings an insightful yet pragmatic approach to marketing strategy, messaging, and communication. When not untangling words, you might find her in an art gallery. 

    Fraser Cameron
    Commercial Director

    Fraser and his customer success team lead the deployment of Clientshare, ensuring we deliver time and time again. He was a warfare officer in the Royal Navy before moving into IT outsourcing. Fraser is a relationship builder at heart and has led much of our growth. When not at his desk he’s involved in anything that gets the heart racing!

    David Griffiths
    Finance Director

    David spent 13 years at the BT Pension Scheme, the largest corporate pension scheme in the UK, during which time he undertook a wide range of investment management roles, including leading the asset allocation and responsible investment functions. Prior to this, he was with the Financial Services Authority. He holds a Ph.D. in Economics and a Masters in International Business. Outside of work he enjoys cycling and, if pushed, running.

    Piotr Moczurad
    Technology Director

    Piotr's background is in distributed systems and programming language research. After working on compiler development and Artificial Intelligence, he moved on to business software. At Clientshare he leads the technical team that keeps the platform going and implements the new features. In his free time, Piotr plays bass in a jazz band.

    David Kirby
    Strategy Director

    David’s career includes working in prominent positions at Cap Gemini, Shell and Pragmatica Consulting. He’s been instrumental in shaping the direction of our business and is currently heading an expansion into channel and overseas markets. Playing the piano in his band and tennis keep him busy most weekends.

    Mark Fishleigh
    Professional Services Director

    Mark leads Clientshare’s professional services team. With a career background that includes Accenture, BAE Systems and Capita, he has a keen appreciation of the potency of a strong buyer-supplier relationship. Mark has a powerful knowledge of analytics in the sales industry and an attention to detail that is second to none. In his free time he has a passion for skiing and can often be found thrashing around on a squash court.
