James Ward
Managing Director

James’ background is in business-to-business (B2B) relationships. He launched Clientshare realising that dialogue between buyers and suppliers simply wasn’t good enough in today’s digital economy. Previously he was at Xerox Corporation leading the financial and professional services sector. He lives in Oxfordshire and outside of work loves playing hockey and squash.

Fraser Cameron
Director, Sales

Fraser and his customer success team lead the deployment of Clientshare, ensuring we deliver time and time again. He was a warfare officer in the Royal Navy before moving into IT outsourcing. Fraser is a relationship builder at heart and has led much of our growth. When not at his desk he’s involved in anything that gets the heart racing!

Sarah Martin
Technology Director

Sarah started her career in IT consultancy, project managing the implementation of enterprise systems in large manufacturing companies. After moving to London from North Wales, she realised that she wanted to make more of a difference than was possible in a large corporation and was attracted by the idea of joining a start-up. She has managed end-to-end technical implementations for some of the largest legal and fashion companies in the UK. Outside of work, Sarah has caught the bug for running marathons (or halves!).

David Kirby
Director, Strategy
David’s career includes working in prominent positions at Cap Gemini, Shell and Pragmatica Consulting. He’s been instrumental in shaping the direction of our business and is currently heading an expansion into channel and overseas markets. Playing the piano in his band and tennis keep him busy most weekends.
Mark Fishleigh
Director, Professional Services

Mark leads Clientshare’s professional services team. With a career background that includes Accenture, BAE Systems and Capita, he has a keen appreciation of the potency of a strong buyer-supplier relationship. Mark has a powerful knowledge of analytics in the sales industry and an attention to detail that is second to none. In his free time he has a passion for skiing and can often be found thrashing around on a squash court.

Martin Rizk
Associate Director

Martin has many years experience of managing complex B2B relationships both in the UK and internationally, with a background in projects and outsourcing at Cap Gemini. He started life as a design engineer and is a passionate believer in the benefits of a closer working relationship between supplier and buyers. Martin loves bee keeping, tennis and planning his next DIY project.

Justin Ablett
Associate Director

Justin’s senior role in developing IBM’s Digital Banking Strategy means he really understands the importance of marrying technology up with consumer demands. At Clientshare, he is instrumental in ensuring that the best tech available in the business-to-consumer (B2C) world makes it into B2B relationships. Justin is an early adopter of most things and splits his time between Madrid and London. He supports us in advising on how the B2B sector can use the latest technologies to make a powerful impact on business results.
