The story behind Clientshare Pulse
Clientshare launched “Premium” in 2017 to address a gap in the market for digital tools that allow suppliers to better manage their customer relationships. Success started with corporates, who recognised the benefits of applying this technology to improve efficiency and renewal rates on their more complex accounts. Clientshare Pulse has now been introduced in response to requests from many existing clients who want a “lighter” version that focuses on delivery of business reviews and workflows.
