Better client feedback and conversations
Clientshare has been greatly received by our clients and there are obvious benefits. The business review workflow has allowed us to send consistent reports to our clients and opened up a new line of communications and feedback. We used to send out a loyalty survey a few times per year, but we weren’t getting the traction we wanted. We needed better conversations and that’s how we landed on Clientshare.
Identify client accounts at risk and prevent churn
Pulse has enabled us as a senior leadership team to be able to jump on client queries at the right time. We can set up alerts and notifications to see client comments and scores when we need to. Even if we think or assume a client is happy, sometimes their scores haven't been where we think it would be. Clientshare gives us the power to have the right conversations to reduce the risk of churn.
Increased response rates and client satisfaction
Clients that we previously sent annual surveys to, who never responded, have responded to our regular Clientshare reviews. Having just a few key questions and the chance to leave written feedback is hitting a completely different note with our clients.
