How to add recipients after sending a review
Olivia Marr takes you through how to add recipients to a review after it has already been sent from Pulse.
Transcript:
Olivia: Hi, for those that don't know me, I'm Olivia Marr and I'm Customer Success Manager here at Clientshare. What I'm going to be showing you today is how to add a recipient to a review once the review has already been sent. So if you go to your account dashboard, so for this example, I have Apple, you'll then see the most recent review that has been sent here.
So what I'm going to do is click on the three dots and I'm going to click on analytics. The analytics will pull up all of the recipients that this review was sent to. And then what I will do is I will click add recipients at the bottom. Then you'll see I will have a selection of people from my address book to add to the review.
I can also add a new review as a recipient as well. And so you could input a new recipient if they were not already in your list. I'm just going to add myself for this example. And you can see that anyone that has a blue tick next to their name And then be sent the review when you click send to select to recipients.
So if you only wanted to add the new person to that review, you would then deselect all of the other people in the review and then send it. One other way of doing this, if you can't see your most recent review in the middle for some reason, you can go to analytics and see the historical log of all of your reviews that have been sent here.
So if I wanted to do it this way, I would then click Analytics again and do the same process. You can see that I've been added to that review there. It hasn't been sent because I never clicked send. And then I could click send to selected recipients should I wish. I hope that clears up any questions you may have.
But please do get in contact with support@myclientshare.com if you have any questions. Thank you.
