George: Hi there. My name is George, and I'm the head of Customer Success for Clientshare. In this short video, I'll be showing you exactly how you can make scoring, optional or anonymous, for your, clients when you send them reviews. So, really important to note that this is a, Workspace setting. So, as you can see here, I've currently selected all Workspaces.
So to be able to change this for a selected Workspace, I first need to hit the drop down on the left hand side, and select the the Workspace that I wish to change the setting for. So I'm going to go ahead here and select the APAC region. And then I'm going to go to the settings, tab via my profile here on the right. So, I've clicked on my profile, and I go to Workspace settings. So the next step is to go to customisation.
You can see there's multiple, elements that you can customise here. But as I scroll down, you'll see that there's a few review settings here. So, this one of them is that the review needs verification to access the review, which means that your clients will need to be sent a code before they can access the review. This is where you can find the ability for users to anonymise their scores, and also have things like the ability to make NPS and CSAT scores optional reviews as opposed to mandatory, the auto sending of reviews and the review reminders for scores. So if you have any further questions on this, please do get in touch with myself and the customer success team.
We're more than happy to help. I hope you found this video useful. Thanks.

Net Promoter Score (NPS) remains one of the most widely used customer feedback metrics in the B2B world. Many organisations send out annual surveys or ad-hoc feedback requests, but few know how to use NPS to retain clients and drive growth effectively.
In this paper, we explain what NPS measures, why it's important, and explore the ways leading suppliers are using it to improve contract retention, drive upselling opportunities and boost overall customer experience.
