How to navigate your Workspace Dashboard

Chris Jones takes us through how to navigate your Workspace Dashboard.

Transcript:

Chris: As an admin or owner of your organisation, you have access to the Workspace Dashboard.

To access it, ensure that your desired workspace is selected and that “All clients” is selected from the client dropdown.

At the top of the dashboard, you’ll see key indicators for:

  1. The number of licences in use within the workspace
  2. The number of reviews sent
  3. The average Net Promoter Score (NPS)
  4. The average Pulse Index score
  5. All data is specific to the selected workspace.

You can filter this information by account manager and client using the tick boxes provided. Once you've set your filters, you can save them and quickly access them again under the 'Recently used' filters.

You can also adjust the time period for the data shown, choosing from the last 3, 6 or 12 months, or by setting a custom date range.

Beneath the filters, you’ll find a list of client names within your workspace, sorted by their highest Pulse Index average score per review. For each client, you’ll see:

  1. The client name (which you can click to access their client dashboard)
  2. The number of reviews sent
  3. The most recent review and any previous ones
  4. The number of recipients added to reviews
  5. The percentage of reviews that have been read
  6. The Pulse Index and NPS scores for that client

Below that are your scorecards. You can select a question set to display relevant data. These scorecards show:

  1. Pulse Index scores by client
  2. Pulse Index scores by account manager
  3. The average Pulse Index and NPS scores for the selected time period
  4. The average satisfaction score per CSAT question
  5. The overall satisfaction rating across the entire workspace, shown as a star rating

Finally, you’ll see recent feedback comments left within this workspace. Once you've acknowledged or actioned a comment, you can mark it as completed.

If you have any questions about your Workspace Dashboard, please contact support@myclientshare.com or use the chat feature in the bottom right corner of your screen.

Thanks for listening!

Net Promoter Score (NPS) remains one of the most widely used customer feedback metrics in the B2B world. Many organisations send out annual surveys or ad-hoc feedback requests, but few know how to use NPS to retain clients and drive growth effectively.

In this paper, we explain what NPS measures, why it's important, and explore the ways leading suppliers are using it to improve contract retention, drive upselling opportunities and boost overall customer experience.
