How do I reset my password?

It’s easy to get a new password for your Clientshare account. You can change it by going to www.secure.myclientshare.com/password/reset. You receive an email that redirects you to the login page and allows you to enter a new password. All the necessary instructions for password criteria can be found on the reset password page. You can also change your password inside Clientshare by going to the Settings page and following the instructions under the ‘Account’ tab.

What does a good Clientshare licence look like?

Clientshare helps you optimize your client relationships leading to increased renewal rates and deeper account penetration with key accounts:

  • Post your Business Reviews: Helps to keep customers up to date.
  • Invite client contacts to your Community: Expands sphere of influence.
  • Share Management Information (KPIs / SLAs): Get data to the right people.

  • Post achievements and latest innovations: Demonstrate your value.

Inside Clientshare you’ll be able to see your own Gold, Silver & Bronze rating for your licence; this is measured against best-practice in the B2B Marketplace. Operating at a Gold Standard Service Governance Rating means that you are effectively using Clientshare.

How do I post a Business Review?

Once logged in, you can click the ‘Add Business Review’ button at the top of the page. You can then confirm visibility restrictions to ensure all relevant stakeholders have access to the review.

Completing the Review will include the following fields: 

  • Clear title of your review.
  • High level summary of what was presented.
  • Select whether it was face-to-face, telephone call, video call or shared document.
  • Attach all relevant documentation, action logs, a recording of the meeting (Clientshare accepts all standard file formats and there is no size limit on uploaded files).
  • Add who attended the review. These people can be members of your community or colleagues/clients that are not part of your licence.

Once you click post, the Business Review will be sent directly into the inbox of everyone you have chosen to have access to the review to view.

How do I invite new stakeholders to join?

Once you have joined Clientshare, you can invite colleagues and clients to join. And they can invite their colleagues too!

  • Simply click on the ‘Add New Member’ button in the Community section.

You can then either:

  • Send via Clientshare: which will send an email from Clientshare with a short script inviting them to the platform 
  • Generate a URL: you can then copy link to an email inviting them to join. Remember each link is secure for that one person only!

Clientshare is designed to safeguard your client relationships and grow your exposure within your client organisations. With this in mind, your communities should encompass all stakeholders from both organisations, any individual with a vested interest in the contract. This includes the Senior leaders through to the wider teams, those that are often key influencers in all renewal & growth decisions.

  • Each licence is locked for specific companies meaning only you and your client can ever be invited. 
  • Your administrator can remove users and content as required. 
  • Access is managed via 2-step authentication and passwords are in line with industry standards.

Does Clientshare integrate with other tools?

Clientshare integrates with a number of third party applications. We offer data visualisation integration with tools such as Google Data Studio and Microsoft PowerBI. We also integrate with SharePoint to provide you with an extra data repository system within Clientshare. This allows you to render reports live inside your Clientshare.
