Transcript:

In this video, I will be taking you through the customisable review email feature. Now, the customisable review email feature is replacing the introductory message that you would have found within step four of your review.

As you can see, once I've selected my meeting date, I'll be taken to step four. And instead of the text box to provide my intro message, this is now replaced by this prompt here to say that you will personalise the email that goes within your review before you send it. However, I still am given the option to upload or record a video as part of my intro message. This however is optional. So I can select next and I'll be taken through to my content page as well as my client contacts.

Once I've added these, I'll be taken through to the final step obviously, which is actions. This is of course optional. Once I select preview, you'll see here that the intro message page is now gone and replaced with an intro slide, which will include the date of the meeting and the name of the meeting along with your profile picture, title, and email. This is also where you will find the introductory video. This will be where your profile picture is located. Once you're happy, select check and send.

And from here, you're now in the customisable review email feature. At the top, you can see the recipients that you're sending your review to. You won't be able to add or remove any recipients from here. So if you do need to do this, please click off the email option and go back to step seven, six even, sorry, to add any additional recipients or remove any. As you can see below, this is the email format that your client contacts will receive. The greyed-out options are non-editable. So this includes the subject line and then a introduction to the email as long as the signature as well as the CTA as well to review the review. But once I select edit, this will allow me to edit the body of the email. I can personalise this however I like. And this will go to all of my client contacts once I've sent my review. Here you'll find our basic messaging, but you can personalise this however you like. And once you're happy with any changes, you can select save edit. And this will then update whatever text you've included. You can, of course, discard any changes by clicking the discard but button. And you'll be taken back to this screen. Once you're happy, select send review. And this will have sent your review successfully. You can then find your review on your client dashboard.

If you have any questions about the customisable email review, please contact support@myclientshare.com or you can use the chat functionality in the bottom right corner here. Thanks for listening!
